Use Instructions

Insert 3 AAA batteries into each candle before use. Use the included remote control to turn the candles on or off, adjust brightness, select the lighting mode, or activate the timer.

For more consistent lighting and timer performance, use fresh batteries and follow the included product instructions.

• Shipping destinations and timing: We ship eligible orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The daily order cutoff is 6:00 AM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders are processed Monday through Friday in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days.
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders of $60.00 or more. Orders under $60.00 have a $5.00 flat-rate standard shipping charge. All amounts are in USD.
• Returns and exchanges: Eligible new and unused products may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges.
• Return shipping: Customers obtain the return label and pay return shipping for change-of-mind and other non-defective returns. QVAIVE covers reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.
• Restocking fee: No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.
• Refund timing: Customers receive approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the returned product is received, inspected, and approved.
