Use Instructions

Insert 2 AA batteries into each candle before use. Use the included remote control to turn the candles on or off, adjust brightness, select the lighting mode, or choose a 2H, 4H, 6H, or 8H timer.

When a timer setting is activated, the candles can repeat the selected operating schedule each day.

Note: Batteries are not included. For indoor decorative use.

• Shipping destinations and timing: We ship eligible orders to the 48 contiguous U.S. states. The daily order cutoff is 6:00 AM Pacific Time (America/Los_Angeles). Orders are processed Monday through Friday in 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–7 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days.
• Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on orders of $60.00 or more. Orders under $60.00 have a $5.00 flat-rate standard shipping charge. All amounts are in USD.
• Returns and exchanges: Eligible new and unused products may be returned by mail within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer direct exchanges.
• Return shipping: Customers obtain the return label and pay return shipping for change-of-mind and other non-defective returns. QVAIVE covers reasonable return shipping costs for verified damaged, defective, or incorrect items when a return is required.
• Restocking fee: No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.
